Yes. Flexible material is what we called Rubber (TPEE). 
Not all of our models can be made of rubber, only the ones we marked Rubber Available can be made in rubber. 
You can choose to make rubber frame and temples, or PC frame & rubber temples.

Yes, all the lenses we manufactured can provide UV400 protection.

It can protect your eyes from harmful UVA/UVB rays. All including PC, Polarized, photochromic lens.

Not all branding ways are workable on all sunglasses, we will suggest the most suitable one for you:

1. Screen printing (single color)
2. Hot printing (patterns, multiple color. On the frame & temple or just on one spot)
3. Embossed logo (only for private molds)
4. Metal logo (embedded or nailed in, both need to test beforehand)
